Bioforms and decay
Miles is a researcher, writer, and ceramicist from Toronto, working with the question of how to attend to what remains. He is inspired by the puddles which fill empty construction sites and by the shards of blue beer bottles which dot Berlin's sidewalks. He primarily works with high-fire terracotta and experimental glaze combinations, and is currently working on a collection of sculptural lamps and vessels. In addition to teaching at 90mil art school, he is available for private lessons and group workshops.
